三位协同下船舶主机起动备车仿真研究

     

摘要

以全回转港作拖船为研究对象,针对船用柴油机的备车起动过程,建立船舶操控的三位协同环境,利用船舶驾驶模拟器,将由虚拟手操作得到的主机备车起动系统运行控制指令以ADO通信方式存储到数据库中,利用LabVIEW SQL Tool-kit的数据通信,将得到的控制指令在LabVIEW上实时显示。以Matlab/Simulink建立船用柴油机起动准备逻辑和起动鉴别逻辑,以及主机供油量、转矩、转速的仿真数学模型,将实船参数代入进行实时动态仿真,实现了船用主机起动逻辑控制模拟,其输出的主机起动转速与时间的关系曲线可以指导船员在船舶驾驶模拟器的操作训练中很好地控制船用柴油机的逻辑起动过程,从而达到训练船员的目的。%Taking the harbor tug manufactured as the research object,aiming at the process of preparing and starting of the marine diesel engine,three collaborative environments are established. By using the ship driving simulator,the run control instructions obtained from the virtual hand operating are saved in the database by means of ADO protocol,which serves as the data source of the preparing and starting system. By using the com-munications Toolkit of LabVIEW SQL data,the run control instructions are displayed on LabVIEW. The starting and identifying logics of marine diesel engine are established by Matlab/Simulink. In addition,the simulation model of the fuel delivery,the torque and the rotating speed of the marine diesel engine are established by Mat-lab/Simulink. The logic and control simulation of main engine starting is established on the basis of parameters from real ships,so mariners can perfectly control the process of the marine diesel engine logical starting by the relation between starting speed and time on the driving simulator of the ship. At last,the training goal for mari-ners can be reached.
