积极心理学视野下的研究生心理健康教育探索

摘要

Positive psychology is the psychology of emerging trends,concerning about people's positive psychological quali-ty.At present,the mental health education of the graduate student is facing the problem of moral psychology,education philosophy of passive,fragmented plight education model.Ideas of positive psychology j ust fit the needs of the current graduate student mental health education.In combination with working practice,this paper puts forward some thoughts on the current graduate student psychological health education work.%目前，高校研究生心理健康教育面临心理问题德育化、教育理念消极化、教育模式碎片化的困境，积极心理学的理念正好契合当前研究生心理健康教育工作的需要，在解决当前研究生心理健康教育过程中应科学认识，重视研究生的心理健康教育工作；积极取向，正确确立研究生心理健康教育的目标和任务；大胆探索，不断创新心理健康教育模式；整合资源，构建研究生心理健康教育的积极环境。
