论《边城》中文化负载词的翻译

摘要

Culture-loaded words refer to the words that are embedded with unique cultural connotation. Due to the lack of context, translating them is a hard nut to crack and frequently dealt with in the settings of cross-cultural communication. By using statistics method, this paper examines the treatment of culture-loaded words in The Border Town and discusses the strategies employed by the translators from the perspective of Contextual Theory.%文化负载词是反映民族独特文化特征的词、词组或习语，在跨文化交际的情况下，由于语境的缺失使得对文化负载词的处理成为翻译中的难点和热点。本文采用统计分析的方法，从语境理论的视角，探讨杨宪益和戴乃迭所译的《边城》中对文化负载词的翻译以及译者的翻译策略。
