This article through the contrast to Changchun city physical education school 30 short track speed skating athletes as test object, is divided into the experimental group and control group, each group of 15 athletes, and the achievements of the 12 weeks of training, the experimental group and control group respectively adopt the mode of intensive training and traditional training mode. Selection of test content including winding stair, pull-ups, fixed roller, arm flexion and extension, 100 m, 3000 m and 5000 m run, will test the longitudinal comparison. Through the comparison, found that two sets of scores were improved obviously, after contrast found experimental results compared with control group, the increase is more significant. The experimental results show that the strength of physical training can effectively improve the short track speed skating athlete's physical fitness.%本文通过实验对比,以长春市体育运动学校的30名短道速滑运动员作为试验对象,分为实验组与对照组,每组各15名运动员,并对12周的训练成绩进行比对,实验组与对照组分别采用大强度训练模式与传统训练模式。选取的测试内容包括旋梯、臂屈伸、引体向上、固定滚轮、100m、3000m、5000m跑等,将测试成绩纵向比较。通过比较发现,两组成绩均有明显提高,经过对比发现实验组与对照组成绩相比较,其提高幅度更为显著。实验结果显示,大强度的体能训练可有效提高短道速滑运动员的体能。
