发展性教学评价的实践与探究——以银川一中教学评价体系为例

         

摘要

Yinchuan No.1 middle school is a high school in Ningxia, in recent years, both in terms of school-running conditions or from the teaching quality, other schools are beyond the said territory. Analysis of the reasons for the success of Yinchuan No.1 middle school, in addition to high quality of teachers and excellent students, perfect, fairness of developmental teaching evaluation system is the key. Take Yinchuan No.1 middle school as developmental teaching evaluation system of teaching evaluation practice analysis, the success of the improvement of the developmental teaching evaluation theory and practice has profound significance.%银川一中是宁夏自治区的一所高级中学,近年来无论是从办学条件还是从教学质量上都超出同地区其他学校一筹,逐渐成为自治区普通高中教育领域的窗口学校.探析银川一中成功的原因,除了高质量的师资和优秀的生源之外,完善、公平的发展性教学评价体系才是银川一中得以一枝独秀的杀手锏.将银川一中教学评价体系作为发展性教学评价实践的成功案例进行分析,对发展性教学评价理论的完善和实践具有深远的意义.
