高职院校教师教学发展中心的定位研究基于湖职院教师专业发展与教学需求的调研分析

摘要

高职院校建立教师教学发展中心是提高教师教学水平、促进教师专业发展的必然要求。通过对湖州职业技术学院169位教师的调查分析，结合教师教学发展中心建设的实践，提出了高职院校教师教学发展中心以服务教师生涯发展为宗旨，关爱教师专业成长为导向，立足校本内涵建设促进教师职业发展的定位。%Establishing the Faculty and Teaching Development Centre (FTDC)in higher vocational colleges is inevitable to improve teaching quality and promote teachers’specialty qualification.According to the research and analysis on 169 teachers of Huzhou Vocational and Tech-nological College and the experience of constructing the FTDC,the paper pointed out that in order to promoting teachers’professional com-metence,the FTDC in higher vocational colleges should take serving teachers’career development as purpose,concerning teachers’specialty improvement as guidance and constructing school based connotation as basis.
