摘要：在高校理工科专业开展专利教育，要着重抓好专利师资和教材建设，充分利用教育资源，积极营造专利氛围。应通过开设专利课程、鼓励师生申请专利、开设专利知识讲座等途径，利用文献检索课程、毕业论文（设计）、学生社团、学科竞赛与科研等载体与资源，积极推进大学生专利教育，提升大学生创新能力。%The patent education courses which provide instruction on patents, inventions, and intellectual property to students are imperative in universities of science and technology. This paper aims at some key points of patent education, such as patent teachers, teaching materi als, making full use of educational resources, cultivating a positive environment for creating patent. It is necessary to offer patent lectures or courses and carry out patent application, which not only improves patent consciousness hut also enhances the innovation ability of students, who take full advantage of literature search curriculum, graduation thesis, internet, students＇ associations, subject contests and students＇ scientific research.
