农村教师职业倦怠的成因分析与对策研究

         

摘要

Because of the unbalanced economic development between urban and rural regions in China, the phenomenon of "job burnout"of rural teachers is very serious. The main reasons for this phenomenon are the monotony of rural teachers' work, lack of sense of achievement, narrow promotion space and low social status. In order to reduce the mentality of"job burnout"from rural teachers, it is necessary to improve the status and treatment of rural teachers, broaden the ways of their professional development, optimize the conditions of rural schools, and promote rural cultural construction.%由于我国城乡经济和地区发展不平衡, 农村教师的"职业倦怠"现象较为严重.造成这一现象的原因主要是农村教师工作单调、获得感不强、晋升空间狭小、社会地位低下等.为了减少农村教师的"职业倦怠"心理, 需要提高农村教师的地位与待遇、拓宽农村教师专业发展的途径、优化农村学校办学条件、推进乡村文化建设等.
