PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a system and a program for analyzing a ground water source for improving accuracy of a transition path of the ground water and transition time, and a recording medium. PSOLUTION: The method for analyzing the ground water source exhibits results of determining ion concentration information of water at a plurality of points, water quality information indicating oxidation-reduction properties and information of a content isotopic ratio from a plurality of indexes indicating features of the water as points located in a space having the indexes as coordinate axes to determine the ground water source depending on distances among the points.
