师范生与农村中小学校教师顶岗置换研究的回顾与展望

摘要

In recent years, many scholars have done research on scientific theory and practice of teachers training by in-post teaching practice, and has obtained plenty of research results. After a careful analysis of the retrieval, the pa-per sorts out the present situation of the research and provides the basis for further research of the replacement field.%十年来，广大学者纷纷就师范生与中西部农村中小学教师“顶岗实习、置换研修”的学术层面和实践层面展开相关研究，取得了丰硕的研究成果。对其进行检索与分析，进而勾勒出顶岗置换研究的现状和趋势，可以为顶岗置换的进一步研究提供一定的基础。
