ESP(English for Specific Purpose,即专门用途英语)正逐渐成为高校英语教学未来发展的主要方向,本文通过对国内外相关研究现状的梳理与分析,结合ESP 模式下高校教师发展的实际现状,基于ESP 教师培训提出更深一步的研究方向,从而充实高校教师发展的理论研究,为正在摸索中寻求发展的ESP 教师提供一定的实用价值和有效借鉴.%This paper, through the combing and analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of the development of college teachers in ESP mode, based on ESP teacher training being put forward a deeper research direction, aims to enrich the theoretical research on the development of university teachers, and provides some practical value and effective reference for ESP teachers who are seeking to develop.
