理工科高校知识产权法实践性教学模式创新研究

摘要

在经济与科学技术不断发展的今天,知识产权越来越成为提高高校特别是理工科高校创新能力和综合实力的关键因素,但很多学校还尚未认识到知识产权法教育的重要性.本文阐释了我国理工科高校知识产权法教育的现状,结合国外的教育方式提出我国存在的不足,分析了理工科高校知识产权法教育模式亟需创新的原因,并结合实际提出理工科高校知识产权法实践性教学模式创新的措施.%With the develop of economy, science and technology, Intellectual property right is becoming a key factor to improve the innovation ability and comprehensive strength of the Universities of science and Engineering, but many of them haven't realized the importance of the education of intellectual property law. This paper expounds the present situation of the intellectual property law education in universities of science and engineering, and raises the problems of our country. It also analyzes the reason why the intellectual property law education in universities of science and engineering needs to innovate and puts forward the measures of the innovation of the practical teaching mode of the intellectual property law in the university of science and technology.
