博洛尼亚进程中俄罗斯高等教育现实问题研究

摘要

This paper aims to analyze the realistic meaning of Russian structural adjustment relying on Bologna process for native higher education in recent ten years, and faced realistic problems in reform in order to make a prejudgment for the future Russian higher education reform. We also hope that the paper can help figure out how to associate Russian higher education during nurturing the high-level talents. To establish a reasonable the Sino-Russian strategic talent training mode as a guide, is to fulfill reasonable docking with Russian University in globalization.%本文对近10年来俄罗斯依托博洛尼亚进程对本国高等教育所做的结构性调整的现实意义，以及改革中所面临的现实问题进行分析，从而对俄罗斯未来高等教育的改革做出预判，也寄希望，以此文分析如何在我国对俄高层次人才培养中实现与俄罗斯高等教育体制对接，将其作为建立中俄战略人才培养模式的合理借鉴，实现在全球一体化进程中与俄罗斯高校的合理接轨。
