我国教师身份认同研究述评

         

摘要

Teachers' identity has increasingly become the hot issue of academic research .This paper reviews teachers' identity from the content ,theoretical research and identity crisis based on the past decade . Teachers' identity research in China is mainly built upon western theory of identity and social identity theory . Studies show that teachers in our country are faced with identity crisis ,so we should encourage them to take the initiative to build their own professional identity through a variety of ways .%教师身份认同问题日益成为学术界研究的热点问题.本文在总结近十年有关教师身份认同研究的基础上 ,从内涵、理论研究、身份认同危机的角度进行整理与分析 ,从而得出我国教师身份认同研究主要以西方身份认同理论、社会认同理论为基础理论.学者研究表明 ,目前我国教师面临身份认同危机问题 ,我们必须通过多种途径 ,促使教师主动建构自己的专业身份认同.
