With the constant development of socialist market economy,gradually deepening of the reforming and opening and the significant changes of the domestic and international environment,some problems have emerged in university students＇ Party member＇s cultivation of success awareness.In the new stages,paying attention and strengthening the consciousness of success of the university students＇ Party members is a urgent need for the guidance of the university students＇ Party member＇s cultivation of success awareness under the value pluralistic society.And it is a reality need for implementation of elite training under the conditions of popularization of higher education and also an important means for establishing and improving the long-term mechanism of university student Party members＇ Excel in the Performances.%随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展、改革开放的逐步深化以及国际国内环境的重大变化,高校学生包括学生党员的成才意识出现了一些不能忽视的问题。新时期,重视和强化高校学生党员成才意识培养,是价值多元社会条件下高校学生成才意识导向的迫切要求,是高等教育大众化条件下实施精英人才培养的现实需要,也是建立健全高校学生党员创先争优长效机制的重要手段。
