重新审视董仲舒在“孝”传播过程中的作用

摘要

Dong Zhongshu’s interpretation of“filial devotion”with the popular five elements theory made filial devotion, an important part of Confucianism, have some influence on the ruling policy. However, Emperor Hanwu did not adopt Confucianism only but adopt both Confucianism and law to govern the nation. During the Warring States Period and Qin-Han dynasties, importance was continuously attached to“filial devotion”, which helped its spread. Dong Zhongshu’s spread of “filial devotion”did not get immediate results.%董仲舒用当时较为流行的五行学说释“孝”，这使得作为儒家学说重要部分的“孝”对统治政策有一定影响，但并未使得西汉武帝采取独尊儒术的措施，而是以霸王道杂之的政策治理天下。战国秦汉时期社会上对“孝”的重视是一个连续过程。这些因素共同促成了孝的顺利传播。董仲舒对孝的传播作用并不是立竿见影的。
