自主管理、自主学习、自主发展——兼谈“全程全员全域”人才培养模式在某班学生中的实践研究

         

摘要

The college students'self- development capability is the basic value proposition about the talent training of high education, and also the value orientation in development and reform of high eclucation in the future. Combined with the need of development of era and the construction of innovative eountry basic needs, with the development practice of the students in a junior class in a college in the west in recent three years as the research subject, the integrated practice activity curriculum idea as guidance, students'self- learning as focus, students'self- development as goal, the personnel training model characterized with "whole process, entire personnel, and whole -course" is to be established and to be put into practice. The fundamental purpose is to explore the experience and law of university talent training, especially the innovative talent training in hope of making some discoveries in theory and gaining improvement in practice.%高等学校学生自主发展能力是当前社会对高等教育人才培养的基本价值诉求,也是今后我国高等教育发展与改革的价值取向。结合时代发展的需要和创新型国家建设的基本需求,以西部某高校某专科班学生近三年的发展实践为研究对象,以综合实践活动课程理念为指导,以学生自主管理为手段,以学生自主学习为中心,以学生自主发展为目的,构建"全程全员全域"人才培养模式并将之付诸实践,其根本目的在于探寻高校人才培养特别是创新型人才培养的经验和规律,以期在理论上有所发现,在实践工作中得到锻炼和提高。
