教学做合一的课程教学改革初探

         

摘要

教学做合一是高等职业教育重要的一种教学模式,其核心是以"做"来强化学生能力的培养。文章以《人力资源方案设计》课程的"工作分析"教学内容为例,对教学做合一的课程教学改革进行了初步探索。从岗位职业能力的实践技能要求出发,设计出学生"学"内容和方式;又从学生"学"的内容和方式导出教师"教"的内容和方法。"教"与"学"通过"做"结合在一起,让师生在实践中教学,在教学中实践;从而实现教学相长,师生共进的课程教学模式。%"Combination of teaching,learning and doing" is an important teaching mode in higher vocational education,whose core is to strengthen the ability of students based on the "doing".This paper takes the teaching content of "job analysis" in the course "Human Resources Program Design" for example,and studies the Curriculum Teaching Reform by the teaching mode "combination of teaching and learning and doing".Under the requirements of the practice skill and professional competence of the job,it designs the contents and manners of the "learning".Then based on the contents and manners of the "learning",it derives the contents and methods of the "teaching"."Teaching" and "learning" are combined with "doing",which makes teachers and students teach in the practice and practice in the teaching,in order to achieve the teaching mode which can make teachers and students progress together.
