激活写作课堂实现乐学乐教--《秘书写作》教学的问题与对策

     

摘要

《秘书写作》是一门实践性与操作性都很强的课程,但目前大多数高校仍沿用以课堂理论知识传授为主的传统教学方法,无法适应当今社会对人才培养的需求。本文从教学观念、教学方法、课外实践和考核方式等四个方面,介绍了该课程改革方面的一些做法,对建设乐学、乐教的秘书写作教学新模式,体现以学生为本的教学理念,实现教学互动,提高教学效果有一定的参考价值。%Secretarial writing is a course characteristic of both practising and operating. But most of the colleges and uni-versities follow the traditional method for teaching knowledge in class and cannot meet the social demand for talents cultivat-ing. This paper gives some advice about teaching concept, teaching method, extracurricular practice and assessment mode. This is of instructive value for introducing new methods of teaching of academic writing, putting into practice ideas of student-cen-tred teaching, actualizing teacher-students interaction, and improving teaching effect and efficiency.
