海鲜菇废菌棒混贮料对羔羊生长性能、屠宰性状及肉质的影响

             

摘要

This experiment was to study the impacts of mixed storage of hypsizygus marmoreus waste substrate on the lambs' growth performance,slaughter traits and meat quality index,and determine the suitable proportion of the mixing storage.32 healthy Bore crossbred goats with similar weight at nearly 3 months were chosen,and randomly divided into 4 groups of A,B,C and D,eight in each group.During the testing process,the diets were fed respectively containing 0% (control group),16%,32% and 48% storage feed of hypsizygus marmoreus waste substrate for 60d.The results showed that the daily gain of the three experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were respectively 9.52%,19.14% and 11.29% higher than the control (P<0.05),and the daily profit of each lamb increased by 0.43,0.81 and 0.43 yuan,respectively,compared with the control.In the meanwhile,the slaughtering performances,such as the net meat rate,slaughter rate and eye muscle area,were not significantly different (P>0.05).In the mutton experimentalgroup Ⅱ,the crude fat content was the highest and it was 20.1% higher than the control (P<0.05).The cholesterol levels were 16.6%,21.3% and 27.2% (P<0.05)lower than the control,but other nutrients in the mutton were not significantly different.The contents of calcium,phosphorus,copper,manganese and selenium were higher than the control (P<0.05),and as for the contents of iron and zinc,they were lower than the control (P<0.05).Except the contents of serine amino acids and proline in mutton from experimental group Ⅲ,and the valine in experimental group Ⅰ were all lower than the control,the methionine was higher than the control (P<0.05),other amino acids were not significantly different (P>0.05).The contents of oleic acid in experimental groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 17.3% and 13.5% higher than the con trol(P<0.05),and other fatty acids were of no significant differences (P>0.05).The results indicate that it is effective to feed lambs with hypsizygus marmoreus waste substrate and residue resource stored after fermentation with an appropriate proportion of 32%.%为了研究海鲜菇废菌棒混贮发酵饲料对羔羊生长性能、屠宰性状及肉质的影响,确定适宜混贮比例,选择体重相近、3月龄左右的健康波杂山羊32只,随机分成四组,每组8只,分别饲喂含0%(对照组)、16%、32%、48%海鲜菇废菌棒的混贮饲料,试验期60 d.结果表明,试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ羔羊的日增重分别比对照组提高9.52%、19.14%和11.29%(P<0.05),每只羊日均利润分别提高0.43元、0.81元和0.69元;与对照组相比,屠宰率、净肉率、眼肌面积等屠宰性能没有显著差异(P>0.05);羊肉中粗脂肪含量试验组Ⅱ最高,比对照组高20.1%(P<0.05),胆固醇含量分别比对照组降低16.6%、21.3%和27.2% (P<0.05),其它营养成份差异不显著(P>0.05);羊肉中钙、磷、铜、锰、硒的含量高于对照组,而铁、锌含量低于对照组(P<0.05);羊肉中氨基酸除了丝氨酸、脯氨酸含量,试验组Ⅲ低于对照组;试验Ⅰ组缬氨酸低于对照组、蛋氨酸高于对照组外(P<0.05),其它氨基酸含量差异不显著(P>0.05);油酸含量试验组Ⅱ、Ⅲ分别比对照组高17.3%、13.5% (P<0.05),其它脂肪酸差异不显著(P>0.05).因此,利用海鲜菇废菌棒与糟渣类资源混贮发酵后饲喂羔羊行之有效,适宜添加比例以32%为佳.
