混贮平菇废菌棒对波杂山羊生产性能的影响

The experiment was conducted to study the effects of mixed storage residue of Pleurotus ostreatus on pro-duction performance of Boer crossbreed goats.Fifty Boer crossbreed goats were selected and divided into A (waste group), B(mixed group),C(optimizing group),D(mixed optimizing group),E(control group) five groups,each group 2 repeats, each repeat 5 sheep,45 days of feeding experiment was carried out.Results showed that the daily gain of group D was the highest and was 210.82%,37.63%,54.32%higher than that of group A ,C ,E (P < 0.05 ) and was 22.59% higher than that of group B(P > 0.05);average daily feed intake of group D was significantly higher than other groups except for group E (P < 0.05);all profits of group D was the highest,and was 514.34%,28.91%,38.42%,80.34% higher than other groups, respectively.The results indicated that the high quality residue of Pleurotus ostreatus especially after micro storage fermen-tation could improve the palatability and nutritional value ,had a good feeding effect on Boer crossbreed goats.%为研究混贮平菇废菌棒对波杂山羊生产性能的影响，本试验选择50只断奶波杂山羊，随机分成A （废菌棒组）、B（混贮废菌棒）、C（优选废菌棒）、D（混贮优选废菌棒）、E（对照）5组，每组2个重复，每个重复5只羊，进行45 d的饲喂试验。结果表明：D组的日增重最大，分别比A、C、E 组高210.82%、37.63%、54.32%（P＜0.05），比B 组高22.59%（P＞0.05）；D组平均日采食量除了与E组差异不显著外，显著高于其他各组（P＜0.05）；只均利润也以D 组最高，比其他各组分别提高514.34%、28.91%、38.42%和80.34%。由此说明，优质的平菇废菌棒特别是经微贮发酵后，可以有效提高适口性和营养价值，对波杂山羊具有较好的饲喂效果。
