From the perspective of the interpretative theory of translation, this paper compares and analyzes the similarities and differences between parliamentary debate and interpretation respectively in the process of comprehension, deverbalization and expression, especially focusing on the similarities of their generating process. The purpose is to put parliamentary debate training into interpretation teaching, present a different view for creating real interpretation scene and enriching interpretation courses.%本文在法国口译释意理论的视角下,分别从理解、脱离原语语言外壳、表达三个阶段来比较分析口译与议会制辩论的关系,尤其比较两者发生过程的相似性,从而希望能够将议会制辩论技能培训加入到口译教学课程中,为仿真口译场景、活跃口译教学提出不同的构想。
