研究了酶法改变在人参中含量较高的皂甙、如Rb、Rc和Rd等原人参二醇类皂甙所生成的皂甙.经质谱和核磁共振测定分析研究,酶解得到的产物是20(S)-人参皂甙Rh2[20(S)-原人参二醇-3-O-β-D葡萄吡喃糖甙],即其系统名称是3-O(β-D葡萄吡喃糖基)-达玛-24-烯-3β,12β,20(S)-三醇[3-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-dammar-24-en-3β,12β,20(S)-triol].经酶处理和其他反应後Rh2人参皂甙的收率为人参的0.5%,其收率比红参中提取提高500倍.%In this paper, the ginsenoside prepared from saponin-β-glucosidase hydrolysisof protopanaxdiol type gisenoside sugar-moiety was studied. The ginsenoside preparedfrom enzyme treatment and other reaction was a 20 (S)-ginsenoside Rh2, [ 20 ( S)-pro-topanaxdiol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside], i.e. 3-O- ( β-D-glucopyranosyl)-dammar-24-en-3β, 12β, 20(S)-triol after analyzing with the ABM-mass spectrum, and 1H-NMR and13C-NMR spectra. The final yield of ginsenoside Rh2 was 0.5 % of ginseng and theyield was 500 times over that from red ginseng.
