运用现代管理学的SWOT方法发现,硕士研究生和本科生比较有其自身的就业优势,面临的社会环境既有机遇也有挑战。应从明确专业定位,发挥已有优势;转变传统观念,克服自身劣势;积累实践经验,化解外在压力;强化隐性要素等方面提高研究生的就业整体竞争力。%Application of SWOT analysis of modern management discovers that graduate students have unique competitive edge over undergraduates in employment and that they face both opportunities and challenges in social environment.To further improve their competitiveness,graduate students must have clear professional orientation,bring into full play their strengths and overcome their weaknesses,change their traditional ideas,increase their practical experience,overcome external pressure and be more aware of the invisible elements.
