This paper has a comparative research on the cultural distance and management between Hilton International Hotel Group and Jin Jiang Hotel Group from the perspective of Hofstede’s four cultural dimensions:power distance, uncertainty avoidance, individualism and collectivism, masculinity and delicate nature of focus of the international hotel group’s cross-cultural management, sums up the Western cultural differences on the development and impact of cross-cultural management, and puts forward cross-cultural understanding, integration and training to help build up the country’s indigenous culture and the integration of international hotel.%基于霍夫史特德的四个文化维度,即权利距离、不确定性规避、个人主义与集体主义、刚毅性和柔弱性,以希尔顿国际饭店集团和锦江饭店集团为例,比较了两者之间的跨文化差异和管理,从内部和外部环境总结了中西方文化差异对企业发展和进行跨文化管理的影响,提出了实行跨文化理解、跨文化融合及跨文化培训的跨文化管理方针。
