政治、性别与教育:新中国初期乡村小学女教师研究

         

摘要

Women teachers at rural primary schools undertook the historic mission of making basic education universal and civilizing rural communities during the initial stages of the Republic of China. Their education, appointments to rural schools, and professional practice in daily life, were influenced by a culture of gender and state political discourse. At the same time, women teachers carried out their agency in their daily lives and work which was shaped by the state.%新中国初期,我国的乡村小学女教师承担着普及基础教育和乡村教化的历史使命。乡村小学女教师入读师范和接受政治化的师范教育,进入乡村一线教学和日常生活的职业实践,都受到具有时代特点的社会性别文化和国家政治话语的影响。在受到国家形塑的工作和日常生活中,乡村女教师彰显出具有生命力的个体能动性。
