国内高校数据素养教育的问题与对策

     

摘要

Connotation of data literacy is analyzed, and data literacy education content is specified. In spite of this, there are many problems and obstacles in data literacy education in domestic universities at present, such as data resource construction is not perfect and low degree level in data opening and sharing cause some trouble in data acquisition;the mode of current education holds back the deep development of the data literacy education;data reference and ethic is not enough in-depth study, so that the blind area exists in data literacy education. On the basis above, countermeasures for data literacy education is considered from the following three aspects, seeking cooperation to establish a cooperation mechanism in order to complete the mission of data literacy education jointly; libraries enhance the data resource construction, so as to improve the convenience of data acquisition;library and information science experts need to do much more research work, in order to promote openness and sharing of data process in domestic.%分析了数据素养概念的内涵,界定了数据素养教育的内容,指出目前国内高校数据素养教育中存在的问题与障碍:数据资源建设不完善、数据公开与共享程度低,造成数据获取困难;现行教育模式不利于开展深层次的数据素养教育;数据引用规范与伦理研究不够深入,导致数据素养教育内容存在盲区。在此基础上,思考了数据素养教育的对策,认为提高数据素养教育水平应从3个方面入手:建立多方合作机制,共同完成数据素养教育的内容;图书馆应加强数据资源建设,使数据的获取更加便捷;深入理论研究,以推进国内数据公开与共享的进程。
