先秦儒家耻感文化及其廉政价值

The Pre-Qin Confucian shame culture is the essence of traditional Chinese culture. It inherently contains the shame of cultivating one’s morality being the soul of cultivate one’s morality, duplicity, no-virtue, no-letter, no-accountability shame as well as correct cognition of the“shame”and“shameless”, etc, which contains shame-awareness, honesty, loyalty, introspection, as honest values. Under the time background of multicultural and value diversity, to strengthen the sense of shame education, create a shame culture atmosphere, perfect the relevant mechanism of cultivating shame culture, leading cadres governs incorruptibly, reshape the shame culture, reveals the integrity value.%先秦儒家耻感文化是我国传统文化的精华，内在地包含了耻感是修身之本，言行不一、无德、无信、无责无义为耻以及对“耻”与“无耻”的正确认知等内容。其中蕴含着明耻、诚信、重义、内省、担当等廉政价值观。在文化与价值多元的时代背景下，要加强耻感意识教育，营造耻感文化氛围，完善培育耻感文化的相关机制，领导干部率先垂范，重塑耻感文化，彰显其廉政价值。
