“师徒式”学习模式是立足于学生的角度,使学生在短时间内适应企业会计岗位的需要,从而形成自我探究能力的学习模式。文章以问卷调查的形式阐述了“师徒式”学习模式在高职会计专业实践的结果,在对实践结果分析的基础上,对“师徒式”学习模式进行了有效性评价,同时针对该学习模式在实施过程中面临的困难和挑战,提出了相应的措施。%The"Mentor-apprentice" learning mode is based on the students' perspective and makes them adapt to the accounting positions in a short period of time for the formation of self inquiry learning mode. This paper introduces the practical results of "mentor-apprentice" learning mode of accounting major in some higher vocational colleges in the form of questionnaire survey. Based on the analyses of the result, it evaluates the effectiveness of this learning mode, and at the same time describes the difficulties and challenges in the process of the implementation, then put forward several countermeasures.
