从美国《公共关系学》课程教学看国内高校公共关系类课程教学的改进——以美国布里奇波特大学为例

     

摘要

As a main course for management major in colleges and universities,Public Relations is crucial for the cultivation of students' ability of public relations.Based on the experience of teaching in China and combined with the academic exchange from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut of USA,the author thinks that there are six advantages in the teaching of Public Relations in USA.Namely,there is a distinction between the roles of the teacher and the students,process-oriented grading and tendency of abilities,effective stimulating students' initiative to self-study,brand-new teaching content with the sense of the times,high informationization of teaching method,and the flexibility of teaching methods.Based on these advantages as well as the real cases of universities in China,the author proposes detailed advice on how to learn from the teaching experience of Public Relations in USA mainly from the following five aspects: the object of teaching,the teaching content,the fitting of the teaching object,the system of grading,and the roles of teacher and students.%《公共关系学》是高校管理类专业的一门主要课程,对于养成学生的公关能力至关重要。根据在国内高校任教的经历经验,结合在美国康涅狄格州布里奇波特大学进行的学术交流,认为美国大学《公共关系学》课程教学有六大优点:师生角色分明、成绩考核侧重过程和能力倾向、学生学习自主性得以有效激发、教学内容新颖,具有时代感、教学手段高度信息化、教学方法灵活多样。以此为基础,结合国内高校的实际情况,分别从教学目标、教学内容、教学对象适应性、学生成绩评价体系以及师生角色等五个方面提出了国内高校学习借鉴美国大学《公共关系学》课程教学经验,改进自身教学的具体建议。
