梅州地区妇女宫颈HPV感染及基因亚型分布情况调查分析

摘要

目的 对梅州地区妇女进行宫颈人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)亚型进行筛查,以探讨其的分布规律.方法 采用凯普医用核酸分子快速杂交仪,对4358名2010年1月-2010年12月来梅州市人民医院妇科门诊就诊的女性进行生殖道21种HPV感染基因亚型筛查.结果 4358例样本中,HPV感染者791例,整体感染率18.15％.其中高危型HPV感染率为16.68％,低危型HPV感染率为0.64％,高危型及低危型共同感染阳性率为0.83％；单一基因型别者648例,检出率为14.87％；双重感染者116例,检出率为2.66％；三重以上感染者27例,检出率为0.62％；HPV感染阳性率居前5位的基因型是HPV-16(4.45％)、HPV-52(2.87％)、HPV-31(2.46％)、HPV-58(2.13％)及HPV-18(1.10％).结论 梅州地区妇女HPV感染率较高,且以高危型感染为主；感染基因型别主要以HPV-16、52、31、58、18型为主,具有一定的地方差异性；52及58型感染率高,对于疫苗的研制和开发有参考意义.%Objective To conduct human papilloma virus (HPV) screening to the women in Meizhou area,in order to study its regularity of distribution.Methods By using cape rapid acid hybridization medical instrument,the subtypes of 21 kinds of HPV infected gene were examined in genital tracts of 4358 women who came to our hospital from January to December of 2010.Results Among the 4358 samples,HPV infected found in 791 cases,the overall infection rate was 18.15％,including high-risk HPV infected rate 16.68％,low-risk HPV infected rate 0.64％,simultaneous high-risk and low-risk HPV infected rate was 0.83％.648 cases were single gene type with the detection rate 14.87％,while 116 cases were double infected with the detection rate 2.66％,27 cases were triple and over triple with the detection rate 0.62％.The top 5 gene types of HPV infected positive rate were HPV-16(4.45％),HPV-52 (2.87％),HPV-31 (2.46％),HPV-58(2.13％) and HPV- 18(1.10％).Conclusion HPV infected rate of Meizhou women is quite high with high-risk type as the main types.The infected genes mainly are HPV-16,52,31,58 and 18,with some local differences among them.The HPV-52 and 58 type infected rates are high,providing reference value for development of the vaccine.
