PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a questionnaire analysis device and the like capable of collecting an answer with a reaction time to use it for analysis in a question for surveying the sensitiveness of a respondent or the like, and presenting the psychological state of the respondent in an easily guessable form.;SOLUTION: A questionnaire analysis device 1 measures a reaction time since a question is displayed until an answer is input, and stores the answer and the reaction time in association as input data. In the analysis processing, the questionnaire analysis device 1 totals the answers to obtain question results on the basis of input data obtained from a plurality of respondents stored in a storage part 12, and obtains a predetermined analysis index related to the reaction time, and outputs the predetermined analysis index related to at least the reaction time as an analysis result in the form of a graph or the like.
