线性霍尔传感器技术及其在气动定位控制中的应用

             

摘要

为了克服线性位移动态测量中机械结构磨损大、精度低等缺点,研制了一种低功耗线性位移霍尔传感器,具有功耗低、线性度好、精度高、抗干扰性强等优点.同时,基于线性霍尔传感器技术和新型压电阀控制技术,推出了一款国产新型霍尔式智能气动控制器.与传统连杆式产品相比,具有一系列优点,譬如无接触、无机械磨损、滞后小、结构简单可靠、运行寿命长、精度高等[1-2].%In order to reduce or eliminate these defects, including the high abrasion of mechanism structure, lower precision and so on,one kind of new Hall sensor with low-power consumption and linear displacement characteristics was made. There are many notable characteristics,for examples,lower-power consumption,the higher linear degree,higher precision and better anti-jamming. At the same time,based on the technology of linear Hall sensor and the modern integrational piezo valves,a new kind of smart pneumatic localizer with Hall function was produced recently. Comparing to the traditional link-pole pneumatic localizer, there are many advantages in the following fields,that is to say,no contact between the sensor and the moving object,no tear and wear,small lag,simple structure and high credibility,running in longer time,and higher precisions.
