This paper proposes one fast , convenient , and high-precisioncalibration system of reflective fiber optic displacement (FOD) sensor,which can be used to quick calibrate the FOD sensor under the different environmental conditions and materials.The system had a good reliability andstability .The experimental setupis composedoffive components: a computer control unit ,a high-resolution laser displacement sensor ,a high precisionstepping motor ,a high-rigiditycalibration workbench and a calibrated FOD sensor.The laser displacement sensor served as thereference devicefor calibration .Meanwhile,the stepping mo-tormovedthe target andthe servo control of closed loopcontrolled the target displacement .The software controlled thecalibration sys-tem,in order toautomatically calibrate the FOD sensor and exported thecalibration curve dataacquired .Experimental tests demon-strate that the apparatus had goodreliability andstabilityprovidinghigh -accuracy measurements .%介绍了一种快速、便捷、高精度的反射式光纤位移传感器标定系统.可在不同使用环境、不同测量材料条件下对反射式光纤位移传感器快速定标,具有很好的可靠性和稳定性.该系统由计算机控制器、高分辨率的激光位移传感器、高精度步进电机、高刚度的标定工作台和待标定光纤位移传感器组成.激光位移传感器作为标定参考设备;步进电机作为固定被测材料的推动设备.对电机运动实现闭环伺服控制,精确控制被测材料的移动.对光纤位移传感器在不同环境和不同材料条件下自动标定并输出标定曲线.经测试,该系统在高精度测量的条件下仍具有很好的可靠性和稳定性.
