虾头壳废料综合性精深加工工艺的研究

摘要

探讨了从虾头壳下脚料中提取蛋白质、虾青素、甲壳素以及活性钙等关键技术,对虾头壳下脚料的连续性精深加工进行了研究.%The key technologies of extracting proteins, astaxanthin, chitin and calcium from the waste of shrimp was discussed; and the continuity refinery processing of shrimp waste were studied.
