基于区位商数模型的公共设施空间分布公平性研究

摘要

城市公共设施公平性问题日益受到人们的关注.该文根据空间分布公平性的定义和公共设施服务特性,给出了从公共设施整体服务效用指标到区住商数模型的公平性评价指标体系计算方法.最后笔者对该文中尚未妥善解决的层面进行了分析并为日后研究的方向作出了预测.%The problem of equity in the distribution of urban public facilities has been paid attention more and more. According to the definition of equity and public facilities' characteristics, the article puts forword the calculate method of the whole service use index and section quotient index. At last/the article discusses the aspect which has not been solved . And put forword the direction of research in future.
