主体问性教育视角下的高校学生评教分析

         

摘要

学生评教是高等教育中一项饱受争议的制度。学界对学生评教制度有赞成和反对两派不同的观点,其争论的实质是教师和学生在教育过程中的主体性地位问题。主体间性教育思想超越了“教师主体”和“学生主体”的争论,将教学过程的本质聚焦在师生交往互动的关系上,为学生评教提供了新的理论基础。在此基础上,本文分析了我国高校现有的学生评教制度存在的不足之处,同时借鉴国外高校学生评教的做法,提出相应的改进建议。%Students' evaluation of teaching is a greatly controversial system in higher education. The aca- demia has two opposite views on it, and the essence of the debate is the teachers or the students" subjectivity position in the process of education. The thought of intersubjectivity education surpasses the argument about " Teaeher~ Subjectivity" or " Students'Subjectivity" , and focuses the essence of teaching process on the inter- action between teachers and students, which offers new theoretical basis for students" evaluation of teach- ing. Based on the above, the paper analyzes the shortcomings of the students'evaluation of teaching in China~ universities and colleges, draws the experience of students'evaluation of teaching from abroad universities and colleges, and puts forward the improving suggestions.
