University students' mental health education course is designed to popularize mental health knowledge, to develop and improve students' psychological adjustment and development ca-pabilities, to maintain and improve college students' mental health level. From the angle of theory of subject education, this paper analyzes the course impact on the students' learning atti-tude, students' practical ability and students' cognitive transfor-mation, and aiming at these problems, puts forward some reflec-tion on the mental health education course that accords with the characteristics of the students.%大学生心理健康教育课程是一门旨在普及心理健康知识,培养和提高学生心理调适与发展能力,维护和改善大学生心理健康水平的课程。本文通过主体性教育理论的视角分析当前高校心理健康教育课程在学生学习态度、学生实践能力及学生认知转化等方面存在的现状并针对这些问题提出了符合学生主体特点的心理健康教育课程反思。
