上行社会比较对大学生择业效能感影响的实证研究--以新疆兵团两所高校为例

摘要

结合大学生自身特征，构建了上行社会比较与学生择业效能感关系研究模型。通过问卷调查，分析了上行社会比较与大学生择业效能感的直接关系程度。结果显示，上行社会比较对大学生择业效能感存在直接影响，个体属性对上行社会比较与学生择业效能感之间的关系存在显著的调节效应。%Combined with characteristics of university students ,the paper constructs a model of the relationship between uplink social comparison and colleges'students'career decision self -efficacy.Through the questionnaire ,the paper analyzes the related degree between uplink social comparison and colleges'career self -efficacy.The results demonstrate that the upward social com-parison has direct influence on students'career decision self -efficacy ,and that individual attributes has significant moderating effects on the relationship between the uplink social comparison and career decision self -efficacy.
