基于创新与实践能力培养的渐进式多元化实践教学模式的探索与实践

         

摘要

The paper analyzes the present development of food industry and the educational situation of food science and engineering and has found out defects in traditional education. Reform and innovation of practical teaching approach is the way to solve the problem. To deepen the reformation, we have ex- plored and practiced for many years and have constructed an incremental and multi-type new approach of practical teaching according to the overall plan of education and teaching. Good results have achieved and the student's practical ability and the ability in creation are enhanced obviouslv.%本文分析了目前高校毕业生的能力及素质现状,介绍了我国食品科学与工程教育的发展现状及存在的问题,改革与创新实践教学模式是解决这一问题的措施。为深化教育教学改革,提高实践教学质量,结合食品质量与安全国家特色专业建设,我们通过多年的探索和实践,构建了一套比较科学的渐进式多元化的实践教学新模式及考核评价体系,在实践中取得了良好的效果,大学生的创新能力与实践能力均得到了显著提高。
