石油加工工程系列课程教学团队的建设和成效

摘要

优秀教学团队的建设,是提高高等学校本科生教学质量的一项重要举措。化学及化工类高校教学团队大部分是以专业为核心的。本文以石油加工工程系列课程教学团队为例,阐述了团队的构成以及团队在队伍建设、教材建设以及教学方法和教学研究上取得的成效,提出了以课程为核心建设教学团队的观点。%It is an important practice to improve the teaching quality in higher education by constructing the excellent teaching team.Most of the teaching team of chemistry and chemical are constructed within the specialty.In the paper,an example is introduced,which is the construction of the teaching force of Petroleum Processing Engineering series courses.The achievements are presented in the building of the teaching team,the construction of teaching materials and the approaches and researches of teaching.The idea of building teaching force centered to the courses is put forward.
