PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a civil engineering work construction plan preparation system for preparing a high-quality construction plan with less labor. PSOLUTION: The system 100a includes: a material selection part 120a displaying and registering a task item and the work type of civil engineering work; a selection material display part 130a displaying an input item and a material item corresponding to the registered work type and task item on a screen, and displaying material associated in advance with the material item; a construction plan preparation part 170a registering a sentence prepared by receiving input of the sentence preparation in association with the input item; and a work information creation part 160a preparing the construction plan based on the registered sentence. The selection material display part 130a simultaneously displays the material item and the input item on one screen, and receives selection operation to the material item displayed on the screen to display the corresponding material.
