With the rapid development of high-speed railway,we investigate the effects on the accessibility of high-speed railway in the Central Plains Economic Zone. Based on the method of cost weighted raster ,the evaluation of accessibility is conducted with indicators like time-weighted average,potential economic,and daily accessibility, which reflects the influence of the high-speed railway on the Central Plains Economic Zone. The results indicate that the high-speed railway has an obvious time compression effect,at same time it improves the accessibility and economic integration of the Central Plains Economic Zone,and then there will be the"city effect". The construction of high-speed railway contributes to the unbalance accessibility of the Central Plains Economic Zone ,and it's clear that cities along the high-speed railway are the biggest beneficiaries. Also the isochronous rings evolve the outward along the high-speed railway after the high-speed railway construction. The results can provide a reference for further development on the construction of the high-speed railway in the Central Plains Economic Zone or other areas in the country.%随着高铁的迅速发展,为了探讨高铁对中原经济区城市间交通可达性的影响,基于成本加权栅格法,综合运用加权平均旅行时间、经济潜力和一日交流圈等指标体系,对中原经济区各城市在高铁和非高铁情况下的交通可达性进行定量分析.结果显示:①高铁具有明显的时空压缩效应,整体提高了中原经济区的交通可达性,缩短了城市间的时空距离,在一定程度上形成"同城效应",促进中原经济区的经济一体化;②高铁加剧了城市间交通可达性的不平衡,高铁沿线站点城市获益最大,其等时圈受高铁轴向延伸引导作用明显.研究结果可为中原经济区城际高铁和我国其他地区高铁的进一步发展提供参考.
