“2＋1”培养模式下高职院校篮球队的现状分析与对策——对浙江育英职业技术学院女篮的个案分析

摘要

本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访问调查法、数理统计法等,对杭州经济技术开发区内的高职院校女子篮球队教练及队员进行走访调查,在调查中发现高职院校大多都是＂2＋1＂培养模式,这就对高职院校篮球队的训练和管理体制机制有着一定的制约作用,在篮球队建设和培养方面的投入存在不足,从这些调查内容中反映了篮球队的训练现状,发现存在的问题并找出解决方法。%In this paper,using the method of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and so on,in Hangzhou economic and Technological Development Zone vocational college women＇s basketball coach and players visit survey,the survey found most higher vocational colleges are ＂2＋1＂ training mode,which on training basketball teams of Higher Vocational Colleges and management system plays a certain restrictive role on the basketball team,the construction and cultivation of the investment is inadequate,from these investigation content reflects the basketball team training status,find the problems and find solutions。
