优化人才发展环境的社会学视角反思

     

摘要

Human resources are the primary resources. The performance of the essential characteristics of human resources in their creative work:First superiority;Second creativity;third contribution prominence;Fourth scarcity;Five is irreplace-able. Contradiction between supply and demand of human resources is the fundamental cause of the economic globalization era talent competition. Through the use of sociological thinking, the main use of functional theory, conflict theory, symbolic interaction theory of three sociological perspective thinking, study the relationship between human resources and their devel-opment environment, and focuses on the essence of competition is the priority of human resources development competition;realization of self-worth and to realize their own value risk assessment is the main driving force of the free flow of human re-sources;contradiction business expectations for human resources development and human resources positioning itself be-tween an important bottleneck of talent introduction.%人才资源是第一资源。人才资源的本质特征表现在其创造性劳动中:一是优越性;二是创造性;三是贡献突出性;四是稀缺性;五是不可替代性。人才资源供求关系的矛盾,是经济全球化时代人才竞争的根本原因。本文通过运用社会学的思维方法,主要运用功能论、冲突论、符号互动论三种社会学思维视角,考察人才资源与其发展环境的相互关系,着重分析了人才资源竞争的实质是发展的优先权的争夺;自我价值实现及对实现自身价值风险的评估结果是人才资源的自由流动的主要驱动力;企业对人才资源的期许与人才资源自身发展定位之间的矛盾,是制约人才引进的重要瓶颈。
