摘要

幼儿教师角色社会化是终身动态的过程,重要他人对教师角色社会化的影响不容忽视,其主要影响有:制度权威导向者对幼儿教师角色社会化的强制规范作用;管理权威导向者--园长对幼儿教师角色社会化的引领作用;同辈群体对幼儿教师角色社会化的支撑作用;幼儿对教师角色社会化的推动作用以及家长对幼儿教师的角色社会化的评价作用。%Preschool teacher role socialization is a lifelong dynamic process, the impact of significant others on the tea-cher's role socialization can not be ignored, its main impact are:institutional authority by peremptory norms guiding role of early childhood teacher's role socialization;management authority-oriented person-kindergarten leading role in the long role of teachers of young children socialization;supporting role of peer groups of preschool teachers role socialization;role in promoting the social role of preschool teachers as well as evaluating the role of parents of pres-chool teacher's role socialization.
