信息类人才三位一体培养模式的研究与实践

摘要

This paper according to the employment rate of graduates and the average employment remuneration of the In-formation Technological Talent to decrease year by year, combined with the needs of the IT industry, put forward a kind of"practice-innovation-employment"the trinity of information technological talent training mode, strengthen the cultivation of students' innovation ability and practice ability, improve information graduates employment ability, and have achieved good practice effect.%文章针对信息类本科毕业生就业率和平均就业酬金呈逐年下降的问题，结合IT业发展对人才的需求，提出一种“实践-创新-就业”三位一体的培养模式，加强对学生创新能力和实践动手能力的培养，提高信息类毕业生的就业能力，并取得了良好的实践效果。
