浅谈幼儿教师审美素养的内涵与培养

摘要

幼儿教师是履行幼儿园教育工作职责的专业人员，审美素养是幼儿教师专业能力结构中的重要组成部分。然而，幼儿教师审美素养却长期为传统幼儿教师培养所忽视，其对幼儿教师和幼儿都造成消极影响。本文基于对幼儿教师审美观和审美能力的剖析，从日常生活和教学工作两个方面提出培养幼儿教师审美素养的对策建议。%Kindergarten teacher is professional talent fulfilling duties, aesthetic quality is an important structural component of early childhood professional competence of teachers. However, the aesthetic quality of kindergarten teachers have long been a traditional preschool teacher training neglected their preschool teachers and child care has a negative impact. This pa-per based on analysis of early childhood teachers' aesthetics and aesthetic capacity;make suggestions from everyday life and teaching work to train kindergarten teachers' aesthetic quality.
