Drug is a special article, not only has the effect of saving lives, but also the risk of harmful pathogenic, drug safety risk has become one of the risks affecting social stability. All kinds of harm because of drug safety incidents caused to people's health life threat can not be ignored, in recent years, the frequent occurrence of these injuries events force us to rethink the drug safety supervision system into drug safety supervision system improve the quality and extent of a direct impact on drug safety supervision work.%药品是一种特殊的物品，不但具有治病救人的功效，而且还有致病害人的风险，药品安全风险已经成为影响社会稳定的风险之一。各式各样的因药品安全而导致的伤害事件给人民群众的健康生活带来不容忽视的威胁，近年来，这些伤害事件的频繁发生迫使我们重新思考药品安全监管体制，药品安全监管体制的完善程度直接影响着药品安全监管工作的质量。
