目的 探讨壮族矽肺患者转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)T+869C、G+915C位点多态性分布状况.方法 随机选择汉族、壮族健康未接触矽尘工人各30例,壮族接触矽尘工人42例,汉族接触矽尘工人43例,壮族矽肺患者40例,汉族矽肺患者30例.用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法 检测TGF-β1T+869C、G+915C位点多态性.结果 各组T+869C位点上TT、TC、CC 3种基因型构成比比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);各组G+915C位点基因型均为GG.结论 尽管TGF-β1可能参与了矽肺的发生、转归过程,但汉族、壮族人员,TGF-β1的这种功能似乎与其基因上的T+869C、G+915C位点上的突变无关.%Objective To exptore the distribution of TGF-β1T + 869C and G + 915C potymorphism in siticosis patients of Zhuang nationatity. Methods Two hundred and fifteen workers were randomty seteeted into the study inctuding 30 heatthy cases of ttan nationatity and 30 heakhy cases of Zhuang nationatity who didn't expose to dust ,42 dust-exposure cases of Zhuang nationatity ,43 dust-cxpostur; cases of ttan nationatity ,40 siticosis cases of Zhuang nationatity and 30 siticosis cases of Zhuang nationatity. PCR-RFLP was used to detect the potymorphism of TGF-pt T+869C and G+915C tocus. Resutts The frequency of three genotypes of TT,TC,CC at T +869C tocus showed no significant difference among att the groups( att P >0. 05 ). The; genotype of each group at G +915C tocus was GG. Conctusion TGF-1 might invotve in the occurrence; and outcome of siticosis, which is not corretated vvith the mutation at TGF-β1T + 869C and G +915C tocus in ttan or Zhuang poputation.
